WOW!

SOOOOO....
last night I 'met' my new roommate on the tele (short for telephone). She seems to be really nice and pretty laid back. I'm excited to meet her in person.
Today, I FINALLY got to see Edwin. It's been WAY too long. (Right Edwin!) So, we just hung out at my house for a little while, and I think that he's supposed to come back a little later tonight with some of our friends.
Otherwise, I don't have much else to say except I LOVED the movie version of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe! I told my family that I loved it, and I ended up getting two book sets of the Chronicles of Narnia. I also got two John Eldridge books that I'm excited about reading as well.
I don't have much else to say, so I hope that everyone has a great new year!

Merry Christmas!

Ok, I've got nothing cute to say, so I'll just be very generic, but sincere...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

well, I did emphasize using color, a little, so do I get some sort of credit for trying?
Have a great day and drive safe!

wow...it's been over a month!!!

Sorry it's been like over a month since I last wrote, but I've been SUPER busy!
Let's see....I had school, then finals (oh the joy), finished my last day of nanny work (for now), been to Marshall a few times, registered for classes, dealt with various confused offices at ETBU (I had many issues that came up with my AP and transfer credits, also I had a mishap with my and Mindy's info getting confused because both of our last names are "Compton" so they assumed that we were both Nursing majors, though I am Psych...), got bangs, and bought most of my Christmas presents. I still have a LOT of stuff to do before I'm ready to go off, but so far God has really been blessing me and working everything out.
Random thougt...where did all of the bluejean overalls go? About like 5-8 years ago they were REALLY popular, you couldn't go into an Old Navy store without seeing rows of them, and now all of a sudden, they aren't popular anymore. What happened? How is it that fashion has become so fickle?? and..who decided that it should be that way? What there a committee or some sort of meeting that I missed out on? because, I would rather have just some fashion, and it be popular for a longer period of time so that I can save my money. (Not that i really keep up with fashion anyways.)
Ok, as you can tell, I can't focus right now, I'm really tired, and all I can think about is who is supposed to die on Smallville in January, who coined the term "Spanglish", and how messy my room is.

Have a great day everyone!!!
